Educational Opportunities by Experts & More
Chapter Meetings
West Valley Chapter meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month from October through May. We meet from 12:45 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Our monthly chapter meetings provide educational opportunities by experts in the hearing loss community. At our meetings, individuals with varying levels of hearing loss help one another by providing ideas, support, and sharing experiences to make life a little easier with hearing loss.
Our meetings are free, amplified and the room has an induction loop system allowing you to use your t-coil setting. We also use CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) caption service, which means the meetings are captioned in real time.

West Valley Readers Book Group
Our chapter has a drop-in book group that meets twice a month on Mondays on Zoom. This season we are trying something new! Beyond discussing books, we are going to expand our horizons and try new things like watching and discussing TED Talks, or other types of interesting content.
Join us! Contact Fred Williams, vp@hlaawvaz.org, for more information about the book club and to request a link to the Zoom meeting.
